At Big Z Fabric, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, uncut condition. Please note that custom-cut yardage and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and verify eligibility.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the uncut fabric in its original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.
Ship Item Back
Send your return to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the fabric to confirm it is in resalable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
